you have questions, we have answers

  • Yes! Anna offers both in-person and Telehealth sessions. For clients local to Nashville, she provides the option to meet in person, virtually, or a combination of both. Many clients choose to begin with in-person sessions before transitioning to Telehealth, while others use virtual sessions as a flexible option when needed. For clients across Tennessee, Anna offers fully virtual therapy and is intentional about creating a supportive and goal-focused experience.

  • Getting started with therapy can be intimidating, and we hope beginning therapy at Delilah can feel like a deep breath.  Anna’s goal is to make your first session as comfortable and welcoming as possible. She’ll show you around the space, explore what brought you to therapy and what you’d like support with, and work with you to leave the session with hope and a clear understanding of your goals.

  • Therapy progress is not always a straight line, but it’s important that you feel your hard work is moving you closer to your goals! You may notice small changes in your daily life, such as managing emotions or stress differently, shifting negative self-talk, or communicating more clearly. Even before change happens, therapy can help you understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to gain insight needed for change.  Anna will guide you in reflecting on what’s working and adjusting your approach so your sessions continue to support your growth.

  • Anna describes a common feeling among her clients: a sense of being stuck—aware of the changes they want to make, yet finding themselves caught in familiar patterns. Yoga therapy can help clients move beyond intellectualizing the situations in their life, using an approach that engages the breath and the body, and creates space for new insight and meaningful change.
