Anna Pohlkamp LPC-MHSP (t)

Anna is passionate about helping teenage girls, college-aged, and adult women understand how to utilize cognitive and somatic tools to address their mental health concerns. Her whole-health approach is collaborative, engaging and integrative, believing in meeting the client where they are and tailoring their therapy experience to fit the client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals.

She loves working with rising adult women on issues like anxiety & panic, women’s issues, life transitions, and trauma.  Anna is also trained in yoga therapy, a modality that can be used alongside talk therapy that aims to regulate the nervous system, target the body’s response to stress and trauma, and integrate practical tools that can provide helpful strategies for a variety of mental health concerns.
