Individual Therapist

Olivia Oakley

MA, LPC-MHSP (temp)

  • Self-Esteem

  • Peer Relationships

  • Teens

My goal is to help teens and adults find a positive sense of self and confidence in everyday life.  I do this through individual, group, couple and family counseling.  My approach tends to be a mix of Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy that is constructed specific to the client and their goals.  Therapy sessions are a safe space to be comfortable in self reflection and discussion.  I aim to be a relatable aly and encourager in your journey to self awareness and growth.

I’m passionate about working with those experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship or peer stress, familial conflict, life transitions and those struggling with self-esteem/body image. Often, these experiences are interwoven and we can work together to create a plan to untangle these multifaceted areas of life.

Beginning or returning to therapy can be intimidating so I commend you for already taking those first steps!  If you’re interested in seeing if we would be a good fit contact me for a phone consultation or e-mail me any questions you have!
