All people have unique life experiences, different paths they have traveled and detours they have made. I believe every story has value and all people deserve to be heard. I know the tremendous courage and vulnerability it takes to ask for help, to ask for someone to listen to you, and I want to commend you on taking the first step of this journey.

I have a heart for those who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem/self-compassion difficulties. Whether you need help developing new skills, managing high-intensity crises, or need a safe space to process – I see the client-counselor relationship as one of the highest honors I can hold.

Feel free to reach out for a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we may be the right fit for one another. Counseling is a personal experience, and I want to ensure you find what you are looking for, whether it be with myself or one of my colleagues.
